The property is a full fitted sea & beach front apartment which can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is approximately 5 Km west from the beautiful town of Chania and 18 Km from Chania international airport. It is located in Kato Galatas in the sea side area called "Kalamaki Beach" which is known for its crystal clear waters. It has great sea views and is 2 steps away from several beaches just in front of the apartment. There are many other beaches nearby accessible by car. The apartment has an open plan living room area, with a sofa bed, a dining table and a TV. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms. The apartment also has a lovely sea view balcony where you can also dine. Free Wi-Fi internet covers the whole apartment and is provided free of charge. A washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board is also provided. The apartment is on the 1st floor with its own private access door, and is accessible from the back of the building, via an external security door for the building.

The neighborhood is very friendly and safe, full of families and apartments. There are many other beaches and little villages nearby. There is plenty of choice, within walking distance from the apartment, for restaurants and cafes. There are local Greek restaurants as well as "Nesaki" which is a popular Italian restaurant. In front of Nesaki is also the local bus stop which you can take to Chania town or other local places. For provisions, there are mini-markets and a super-market within walking distance that sell a range of groceries, including fresh bread, fruits and vegetables. There are many more super markets and other shops within a few minutes by car. The apartment is well served by roads. The National Road (motorway) is only 5 minutes drive away, which traverses the north of the island from East to West, allowing easy access to key cities like Kissamos, Chania, Rethymno, Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos and Sitia, as well as popular beaches and other sites of course. You can do one day car trips to numerous places such as "Omalos" and hike across the famous 16km "Samaria Gorge national park", or go to "Elafonissi beach", visit the "Botanical Park and Gardens", visit "Lake Kournas", visit the famous "Village of Therisso", the exquisite "Balos beach and its lagoon", and many more interesting places to explore.
