An authentic two-story stone-built Pelion house from 1794, fully renovated with respect to local architecture and nature. Located in the peaceful village of Mouresi, it is now offered exclusively as a private holiday home—ideal for families, large groups, and travelers seeking nature, tranquility, and a “home-like” atmosphere. The house spans approximately 220 sq.m. across two levels and accommodates up to 10 adults and 3 children over 6 years old. Minimum stay: 7 nights.
It features 5 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with branded Miele appliances, a spacious dining area, and a shared WC on the ground floor. The cozy living room offers two large sofas, two vintage leather armchairs, curated bookshelves, and selected artworks that create a warm and tasteful ambiance. A smart TV and energy fireplace enhance the experience—especially during winter. The dining area includes a 2.18m-long monastery table for 8 guests and two round tables (0.90m each).
Bedrooms:
Ground floor: “Kalderimi” (double)
First floor: “Aegean” (double + single bed, fireplace, sea view), “Courtyard” (double + 1.40x2.00m eco-sofa bed, fireplace), “Mountain” (double, traditional fireplace), “Sea” (double, unobstructed Aegean view)
Detached studio “Ampeli”: Includes a double bed + single sofa bed, its own kitchen (induction hob, oven, large fridge), and private terrace with seating area and sea views. Ideal for a couple with a child or a teenager.
Outdoors: The garden is lush and peaceful, with shaded pergolas, seating areas, and a shared BBQ. Its elevated position offers panoramic mountain and sea views, perfect for those seeking relaxation and privacy. Access via a 300m unpaved rural road (suitable for SUVs or high-clearance cars).
The host is a biologist who cultivates organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs in the garden of the estate. The owner, a former educator, aims to help select guests feel truly at home—whether through personalized activities or unique breakfast touches—always guided by the principles of Sustainable and Experiential Tourism.
The garden is lush, well-maintained, and offers outdoor seating under pergolas, a shared outdoor barbecue, and beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The serenity of the natural setting and the secluded location make it ideal for guests seeking peace, privacy, and relaxation.
Location: The property is located just 300 meters from the main square of the traditional village of Mouresi. Access is via a 100-meter paved road followed by a 200-meter dirt road through nature. The road is suitable for regular vehicles, but an SUV or 4x4 is recommended, as very low-clearance cars are not ideal.
The village square is also accessible on foot via a traditional stone path (kalderimi), in about 10 minutes.
