The house is located on Arogi beach in the homonymous settlement of Komotini between the lagoons of Xirolimni and Karatza. It is the natural continuation of Fanari beach and is one of the most popular beaches of Komotini. It has fine white sand and crystal turquoise shallow waters with a sandy bottom. It is organized with many beach bars and an ideal destination for families. The distance from the house to the beach is approximately 250 meters. The settlement of Fanari is 2km away where you will find many taverns, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The port is 3 km away and has a pillar for water and electricity for boats. The Monastery of Agios Nikolaos is 11 km from Kalliopi’s house and we recommend you to visit it. The city of Komotini is 34 km away and Xanthi 39km. We have available a playpen with an extra mattress and high chair for our little guests just asks us before you come. The house has 3 air conditioners, one bathroom inside the house and one outside, as well as a shower for after the sea.
