The villa consists of three levels, with stunning views to the endless blue of the Ionian Sea and the spacious surrounding area. Τhe first floor features a very spacious and bright area where the living room and the fully equipped kitchen unfold in an open-plan space. Also on the same floor there is a w.c and an ensuite room with a double bed overlooking the pool area and a balcony to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the very welcomed summer breeze in the afternoon or night hours. A distinctive element of this floor are the large windows allowing the natural beauty and serenity of the surrounding area to invade the interior composing a summer canvas of beautiful colours. Also this level offers access to a spacious terrace complete with an outdoor dining area and spellbinding views of the Ionian Sea, as well as the infinity pool, the fully equipped barbeque and the outdoor bar, with all the necessary equipment and furniture to prepare your meals and enjoy unique moments with friends or your family. On the second floor there are three ensuite bedrooms each with a private balcony with incomparable and unobstructed views of the blue Ionian Sea throughout the day. An internal staircase from the living room leads to the semi-ground floor consisting of a spacious ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a single one overlooking the garden area with its large chess set lying on the grass awaiting for the next challenging game.
