The Katrin Luxury complex is the most modern and luxurious small accommodation in the region. It consists of 8 fully renovated studios in year 2018, with all rooms having a sea view especially the upper floor rooms. Small renovation is made 2025 .Katrin Luxury it is situated in front of the sea where a beach bar that provides food and discounts to our customers is. The Katrin Luxury has 43` smart tv, fast internet access, fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave oven, extractor hood, it also have free parking, free safe box, free WiFi and daily housekeeping. Right next to the property there is a child playground. The beach is sandy and very shallow. Nearby there are super markets, bus stop and kiosk. The city center is at 500m distance.

Nea Moudania is the best starting point if you want to visit Kasandra peninsula where you can find small and very well-known villages like Afithos, Kalithea, Polihrono, Pefkohori, Siviri and also you can visit the beautiful beaches of Sani, Possidi, and at last if you like nightlife near Kalithea there are many clubs such as Pearl, Ahoy, Aqua, Angels and more Nea Moudania is also the best starting point to visit Sithonia peninsula known for the very beautiful beaches like Lagonisi, Karidi, Kavourotripes (Portokali), Armenistis, Manasu, Kalamitsi, Koviou, Kalogria and many more In the center of Nea Moudania there is the town’s Riviera with many restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy your meal or drinks next to the sea
