This 60 square meters house is located in the center of Kissamos, right opposite of the town hall and the bus station and offers a quiet garden shaded by evergreen trees. It’s very close to the unique lagoon of Balos and the famous Falasarna beach, both with crystal clear waters, aquamarine sea and fine golden sand. The nearest beach is just 5’ away on foot and many more beaches are accessible on foot or by car in less than 10’
My name is Chrisida Pefkianaki and I was born in 1979 here in Kissamos. I am a Family Therapist and a Social worker with studies in Germany at Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg. I am fluent in German and English. I like to travel and meet people from different nationalities and cultures. My house offers comfortable accommodation and Kissamos is the best place in the world for summer vacations!
As the house is in the center of the town, you can access the market and the archeological museum on foot and you will not need a car to visit local restaurants or find nightlife. The nearest beach is just 5’ away on foot and many more beaches are accessible on foot or by car in less than 10’.
