Company information

The owners Ilias and Katerina Samara are involved with tourism for fifteen years during which they improved the facilities for the customers. Their son Giannis and their daughter Anastasia are actively involved in running the front desk (reception) and the web aspects of the business. Anastasia and Argiro (Gianni’s wife) as architects, maintain the aesthetic part of the apartments.

Property information

The Yellow Houses apartments is a family business founded by the Samara’s family in 2000. The particular elements of our apartments are three; they are really big, with direct sea view and free amenities.

Neighbourhood information

The Yellow Houses are located 2 km from the village of Pyrgadikia (20min on foot) which is famous for its excellent fish, as this village is one of the most famous fishing villages in Chalkidiki. In front of the Yellow Houses and only 50 meters away, there is an almost private small beach with pebbles and sand. Also, 300 meters away from the Yellow Houses, there is a long sandy coast where you can find a traditional greek tavern and a beach bar.
