Inspired by our story and philosophy, we created Villa Kokkinóchoma to co-exist in harmony with its natural surroundings—the red-soiled land, the verdant garden, the warm sunlight, and the azure Ionian sky. Natural and green materials, like eco-friendly cement and lime mortars, exquisite Greek marble, genuine wood, metal, and clay, have been used on surfaces, furnishings, fabrics, and decorations. Almost everything is colored in warm, earthy tones, evoking our familial land’s calming, unobtrusive aura. Our artfully designed luxury villa consists of 2 independent residences that can host up to 12 adults, making them ideal for large groups of friends and families. The ground-level residence can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has 1 en suite master bedroom, 1 bedroom with a pool view, a main living room with a Smart 4K TV, a secondary living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and two comfy patios for quiet garden-gazing breaks. The upper-level maisonette (1 floor and a spacious Attic) can host up to 8 guests. It has 1 en suite master bedroom and 3 regular ones, 2 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, a small living room, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a home-cinema lounge with an 80-inch Dolby Audio Smart 4K TV. Both floors offer access to relaxing verandas with magnificent views of the mountain and the surrounding plains. Outside, the centerpiece of the beautifully landscaped oasis is the 50 m2 bio-natural (chemical-free) swimming pool, perfect for taking refreshing dips and basking under the Mediterranean sun. Guests can also relax in the outdoor fireplace-adorned lounge, enjoy the thick shade in the small living room under the plane tree, or share a freshly cooked, locally sourced meal at the shaded BBQ and 12-guest dining area.

Once upon a time in the heart of Zakynthos, a handful of seeds were planted in the red soil of our family land, Kokkinóchoma. Slowly, the seeds grew into trees until they all blossomed into a humble but plentiful orchard. Season after season, the reddish land blessed us with precious gifts—juicy fruits, fragrant herbs, colorful flowers, and the invaluable wisdom that life takes time... As we grew, that wisdom became our guiding light until the moment was ripe to pass it on. So, we reimagined the Kokkinóchoma estate as an ideal retreat for human-scaled, nature-paced, sensory-first hospitality experiences. Juicy fruits, fresh off the tree, included! Slow living is about slowing down to live life moment by moment, listening to our inner sounds, restoring our natural rhythms, and tuning in with our surroundings and peers.
