This is a newly renovated apartment in an elegant building from the 1930s with high ceilings, oak interior doors, and a unique renovated floor. The building was designed by a well known architect of the period with Art-Deco features. The apartment has been meticulously renovated to preserve its original character and highlight its distinctive characteristics. The furniture and the appliances have been carefully chosen to combine elegance, style, and comfort. The apartment is located in the heart of Athens, next to the Kolonaki area and very close to public transportation.
We enjoy traveling, reading, and watching good movies. We also enjoy sharing our apartment with our guests and we try to do everything we can to ensure they are comfortable and have a great time while here.
This is a beautiful and elegant 100 m2 apartment in the heart of Athens, next to the Kolonaki area, one of the most elegant and safest areas in Athens. It is close to Panepistimio Metro station and close to many restaurants, cafes, and stores. It is a very quite place despite being in the center of the city and you will enjoy your stay in the comfy bed and spacious living room. The apartment is newly renovated with high end appliances and unique design. You can easily walk everywhere in the center of Athens and enjoy city life and all the touristic attractions.
