The "Blue House" has a history of about 50 years!
It started working in 1975 as the first traditional coffee shop in Xerokampos,
when the people who lived there did not exceed 15-20 inhabitants.
The cafe operated for about 15 years and was owned by Charilaos and Penelope Papantoniou. Miss Penelope's specialty back then was rabbit baked in wine.
It was then given to the family of Manolis and Frederica Kekeridis (to my grandparents today), who turned it into their own apartment for their summer vacations.
Today, in the year 2022, I had the pleasure of receiving it from the hands of the grandparents, renovating it with my own touches, always respecting that its history and character are not altered.
I hope it remains a warm and welcoming space for all who visit it!
The huge tamarisk tree in his yard, where you can enjoy its shade all day long, is 80 years old!!
