The house is located in a village on the south part of the island. It is a safe residential neighborhood on a very privileged spot, only 12km from Zakynthos town and port, 14km from the airport, 550m from Vasilikos beach and 3,5km from Gerakas beach which is a famous sea turtle nesting beach.
