The modern MAGNOLIA LUXURY APARTMENTS 'KMERAIA' and 'YULANIA' are two new built apartments on a slope in the kavousi falassarna settlement, situated 1km from the famous falassarna beach.
The location of the premises was carefully selected to offer a scenic panoramic view of falassarna bay and the unique sunset of western crete.
MAGNOLIA LUXURY APARTMENTS can accommodate up to 6(4+2) people, providing residences with a lounge, a terrace and a kitchen for your convenience.
It is an excellent choice for either families or couples since the apartments consists of two bedrooms,
one with a double king size bed and the other with two single beds that can be converted into a double. Each apartment has 2 wc.
Both units have, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, as well as a kettle and coffee machines.
A seating area with a a sofa-bed, smart tvs in all rooms and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer.
