The villas are the perfect base in Pantanassa for whatever adventure you crave in Crete Island. This is a complex where 5 villas are located, some areas are overlooked and entrance to the complex is shared. Each Villa has its own private heated (with extra fee) pool & facilities. Kindly note that the villa is not recommended for children of all ages as there are hazardous areas and the area is not fully fenced. Kindly note that if you choose to stay at the villa, supervision of children must always be by you at this self catering stay. These captivating homes are also embellished with a five-seater outdoor heated Spa Whirlpool each for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 65 euros/day, except 90 euros/day for villa 4 (VAT included) - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. • Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • No pets allowed • Events are not allowed • ThinkVilla 24/7 Concierge Services are included • ThinkVilla Tailored Experiences *Kindly note that the Villas do not provide early check-in or late check-out due to Health & Safety reasons, as sufficient time is required, to conduct a thorough cleaning and disinfection at the Villa between stays. Climate Resilience Fee A 8,00 (I & III & V) & 15,00 (II & VI) euros/night/villa tax(subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
