Welcome to Melcon Luxury Suites. Melcon founded just in 2019, in order to name our two luxury and high quality apartments, located in the center of Parga. It is the early child of Mellos Construction team, a well known office located in Igoumenitsa and working in the locan area since 1987. We will be happy to contact with you and get to know each other better. You can also visit our main website to take a look at our latest or overtime projects.

In the center of Parga, one hundred (100) meters above the church on the road Spyrou Livada 42, you will find the Melcon team’s luxury apartments, between the Green Bakery and the Local Health Center. Located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, with almost everyone living here being original owner, the friendly environment combined with the neighborhoods beauty will make you feel part of the local community.
