It’s on the ground floor, with a small garden for relaxing. It was constructed in 2024 and everything in it is brand new. It’s modern, fully equipped, suitable for a family of 4 people. It gives you a feeling of comfort and luxury.
My husband and I like traveling and be hosted in modern houses which provide all the needed facilities to the guests. We hope our guests appreciate our accommodation and enjoy their stay. We have made our apartment as comfortable as possible!!
Our apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the center and the beach of Nea Peramos. It’s about 5’ walking from the shops and the restaurants. Also, it’s very close to the famous Beach of Ammolofi, 3’ driving there. Parking is available in the street in front of the house.
