Nestled in the charming village of Episkopi and within walking distance to the sandy beach, taverna, and café, this Villa blends classic design with the unspoiled beauty of the island. Complete with a Private Heated Pool & Spa Whirlpool (heated with additional fee), BBQ, Ping Pong, 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus a WC, Nereid Villa promises a relaxing escape infused with authentic comfort. Accommodating up to 6 guests in real beds, and two additional guests in the sofa beds of the living room, Nereid Villa ensures both comfort and privacy. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • No pets allowed • Events are not allowed• Supervision of children is your responsibility • ThinkVilla 24/7 Concierge Service. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 50euros/day for the first two days & 35euros/every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
