Very beautiful villa completely renovated, located in a quiet residential area, only 100 metres from the sandy beach (clean water- almost only sand inside the water to step on-really clean, no danger for kids). It consists of 3 bedrooms in the upper floor (3 beds double size upper floor) and 2 bedrooms in the basement floor(1 double bed and 2 single beds), 1 bathroom and 1 WC, 1 really comfortable living-room and a fully fitted kitchen(Fridge-Cooking). Sized 180 square meters it is a really cosy and comfortable elite villa next to the forest and the sea. This well catered summer residence has an elegant era of luxury with a great shadowy frontyard, a garden with a lot of exotic plants and a backyard with BBQ and available parking for your vehicle it is great to fit all your needs! This is the place for your dream holidays! Being completely incorporated in the natural environment of Elani region offers plenty of outdoor area to its guests including free to use basketball and tennis courts. Really close to Oasis Villa you can also find a great restaurant and at the beach you can find an excellent beach bar with beverages to enjoy! Free Broadband WIFI available!
