Βρίσκεται σε ιδανική θέση για να απολαύσετε χαλαρές διακοπές. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις 300 μ. απο την Κεντρική πλατεία όπου θα βρείτε πολλές ταβέρνες, καφετέριες και μπάρ. Απέχει 20 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι του Μαρμαρίου και 40 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι των Νέων Στύρων.
