The 3bed semi-Detached house was brought into the rental market in August 2022. It's located in a beautiful & modern complex which shares one adult & one kids pool (both ionized water), playground, dinning & BBQ areas. Close distance to the sea 400m & 8mins walking to restaurants, shops and bars.
Featuring modern kitchen with dishwasher & fridge/freezer, microwave, large living room with sofa/bed, dining table and outdoor furniture in two balconies. Two extra-large beds comfortable for 4 people & a modern bunk bed (with an additional pull-out bed if needed). One cot bed for small guests is also available. There is a private bathroom with shower and an extra WC on the ground floor.
Olea Valley Villa 7 is located in the picturesque village of Nikiti in Halkidiki Greece, approximately 60mins (100km) by car from Thessaloniki Makedonia airport (SKG).
