Osokosie Sea View Apartment is a beautiful Cretan holiday apartment for 5-6 people in the pretty, traditional fishermans town of Panormos, within walking distance of the beach and many fantastic tavernas and cafes. Our ground floor apartment with amazing sea views is part of a small holiday complex with privately owned villas and apartments sharing a large cascading pool. It offers a spacious living room, two bedrooms (please be aware that the large bedroom can only be reached via the second bedroom or outside via the terrace) a fully-equipped kitchen with dish washer, a small bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning and free WiFi for your convenience. Next to the amazing pool, our outdoor space includes a large private terrace with a shaded dining table and deck chairs for you to relax in after a long day of exploring the island. The location is perfect - centrally on the North coast of Crete, 20 minutes east of Rethymno and within walking distance of the beach (5 minutes) and the traditional village with its cobbled streets, narrow alleys, small harbour and many places to eat, drink and enjoy Cretan life (10 minutes).

We fell in love with Panormos the first time we visited it. When we walked through the narrow alleys of this beautiful Cretan fishing village, amazed by cobbled streets and traditional houses, the Venetian balconies, and the beautiful whitewashed tavernas with tables on the streets, we could not stop smiling. Panormos has that traditional Greek atmosphere, but also a fantastic central location on the island and all the amenities we as a family love - numerous tavernas, several small (wine) bars and mini markets, a great baker and butcher, gift shops, a car hire, pharmacy and doctor, post office, ATMs, three beautiful beaches and even a diving center. So we could not believe our luck finding Osokosie Sea View Apartment in 2022: a ground floor apartment in a small and beautiful complex of 26 villas and apartments, located at the edge of Panormos - within a 5 minute walk of the nearest beach, overlooking the sea and sharing a large cascading swimming pool. We love spending our family holidays here, but as we can only be in Panormos a few weeks a year, we rent out our Cretan home - so others can also enjoy this fantastic place and make great memories here.

Osokosie Sea View Apartment is centrally located on the North coast of Crete, between the airports of Heraklion (45 minute drive) and Chania (75 minute drive). Its location on the edge of the beautiful traditional seaside village of Panormos makes it an ideal starting point for excursions all over the island. But if you prefer not to travel the island, there are also many attractions at your doorstep.
