This apartment is in the center of the city, close to the harbor, the commercial center and the old town. You can go anywhere on foot (but bicycles can be organized and are highly recommended). A bus stop is in front of the door as well as a 24h kiosk. You will love this accommodation due to its location and its large terrace with 360 views. This accommodation is perfect for couples, couples with one small child, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers. Please make sure you have the address of the accommodation handy as taxi drivers and Kalamatians don't know every holiday accommodation by name :)

Elena was born in Georgia and brings the knowledge of the eastern Europe culture. Nico was born in Switzerland and brings the central Europe culture to the relationship. We both are also Greeks and we prefer to live in Greece and particularly in Kalamata, a city with probably the most awesome relation to nature. This is a urban neighborhood in the south east part of the cities center. Bus stop and 24h kiosk are in front of the door, various shopping possibilities in all directions within 50 meters and catering possibilities at every corner. Of course a certain level of city - noise is to be expected. Parking is not particularly difficult in this neighborhood, although in the summer it is not always possible to park in front of the door. In the summer though the noon sun can be problematic. Everyone wants to have his car covered then. We recommend booking a parking space in the underground car park.
