The complex comprises of four luxurious apartments by the sea that share two swimming pools, and provide stunning views, modern designs, and high-end amenities: - Pi (Three-Bedroom Apartment), the largest of the four (100 sqm), can accommodate up to six guests in two bedrooms with two king-size beds, an attic with a double bed, and two bathrooms. - Alpha (Two-Bedroom Apartment), 75 sqm, can accommodate up to four guests in one bedroom with a king-size bed, an attic with a double bed, and two bathrooms. The king-size bed in the bedroom can be separated into two single beds. - Chi (Two-Bedroom Apartment), 75 sqm, can accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms with two king-size beds, which can be separated into single beds. - Ni (One-Bedroom Apartment), 60 sqm, can accommodate up to two guests in one bedroom with a king-size bed, which can be separated into two single beds. The apartments feature large windows and verandas offering panoramic views of the city skyline and natural landscapes. Each apartment includes Smart TV with 4K Netflix, authentic paintings, free Wi-Fi, living & dining areas, smart SOMFY blinds and tent, blackout blinds, bathroom with Papoutsanis Olivia Things bath amenities, Kentia linens, towels, hairdryers, a washing machine, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, and porcelain plates. The bedrooms have balconies, an iron, a safe, and high-quality Cocomat mattresses and beds. Apartments Pi and Alpha also feature a large terrace with a table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view of Chania city. Outdoor facilities include a large 27sqm pool, sunbeds, a table with chairs, a separate shallow pool for kids, and parking for cars. The pools are shared among the four apartments within the complex, and the water is heated on cloudy days or during cold weather conditions. From November to February, it may not be feasible to heat the pool water during cold/stormy weather.

The apartment's location is ideal as it is situated just 5 kilometers from the city center and 11 kilometers from the airport. Additionally, the bus stop for city bus number 11 is just a minute's walk away, providing easy access to any destination within the city.
