On the entrance level, there is a double bedroom with king-size bed (180X200 cm), see views and en- suite bathroom. On the same level, the second double room with queen size bed (160X200 cm) is elegantly decorated and has its own access to a small balcony. A few steps down, the plush master double bedroom is equipped with an impressive emperor size bed 195X200 cm and two en-suite bathrooms with showers. A few steps down the villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area, with access to a shaded veranda protected from the north winds. At the lowest level, there is an open-plan living room with unrivalled sea vistas.Taking full advantage of the panoramic views, the living room offers sofas set alongside floor-to-ceiling windows. You can relax here for hours contemplating the complex beauty of the ever-changing Aegean horizon. Stepping out of the kitchen and passing through the veranda, there is a separate storage room with a WC and laundry facilities.

The real treasure of Pasithea Villa is a small sandy beach and its beautiful cove, accessible within minutes through a foot path. A smaller sandy cove, is just a few minutes swim, westward. Toward the north, there is a third larger sandy cove which can be reached by a lengthier swim or by a 10-min hike on an unmarked foot path. In the latter case, sturdy shoes are recommended. These three sandy coves give their name to the area, in Greek: Tris amoudies.
