We operate with a reception-free system with self-service check-in using codes for a seamless and flexible arrival experience. While we do not offer breakfast services, each property is equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, and tea for your convenience. Guests also have access to our lobby, featuring vending machines, lockers for luggage storage (with an additional fee), and restrooms. Upon reservation, you'll receive an online check-in form, allowing you to submit personal details and optional corporate information for invoicing if needed. Invoices will be emailed within 1-2 business days after check-out. Additionally, you'll receive a detailed guidebook with maps, dining options, delivery services, Wi-Fi passwords, and more. Check In: starting at 14:00 p.m. with the option for late check-in even after midnight. Feel free to check yourself in as there are keyboards on the front doors of the hotel and the room. The code is received on the day of your arrival via email/SMS/What's App (14:00-14:15 pm). Check Out: Check-out time is until 11:59 a.m. Feel free to check out early if needed! Just close the door behind you. While late check-out isn't offered, guests are welcome to relax in our lobby if iyou require additional time.

Penthouse by the sea is located in the center of Artemida which is just 6.8 km away from the Eleftherios Venizelos Athens Airport. Artemida’s sandy beach is the longest one close to the center of Athens with plenty of beach bars that offer free sunbeds where you can enjoy the Greece sun and swim in the beautiful crystal waters. You can also spend your evening by walking at the picturesque harbor of the area which is just 300 meters away , watch the traditional fishing boats and launch by the sound of the sea. The location of all our properties is of prime importance to us and it has been carefully chosen to be all closed to the Athens International Airport-Eleftherios Venizelos and the Rafina Port, less than 10 km. Airstay properties are the best solution for all those travelling on business and being interested in all the above destinations and the ones who wish to have an overnight stay close to the airport because of a transfer flight. Our properties are closed to the exhibition centers METROPOLITAN EXPO, PEANIA M.E.C. Also, you may access the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Athens and the Attica Zoo Park, which are located in the surrounding area of Spata.
