What makes this property unique, is its wonderful location. It is located on the top of a cliff and has a superb view to the sea , yet the lodgings are just 2-minute-walk from the sea. It consists of two lodgings: an apartment and a studio. The former(65 m2) has a spacious living-room with a kitchen, a very large bedroom and a bathroom. It is modernly furnished, tastefully equipped with all comforts (air-condition ,fridge, wifi ,etc ) and is surrounded by an enormous verandah, all facing the infinite sea. This apartment is built in a lot of 2000m2, planted with many kinds of exotic trees and bushes. It is ideal for a couple and two children. Attached to this building there is an independent studio (40 m2), wonderfully furnished with a large bed, a modern kitchen with all kinds of utensils, and a luxurious bathroom ! Outside the studio, there is a private pergola with all conveniences you can imagine. A really fairy house! Also, a protective partition is installed along the facade of the verandah, securing safety to children.You can enjoy your meal inside or in the outside dining table with a breathtaking sea view. In both choices, visitors can enjoy serene surroundings away from traffic.

The distance to the beach is 2'minutes on foot, which is unique. The crystal water of the sea and the golden sand are suitable for children to play in safety. As for water sport lovers, there is a chance of going sailing or snorkelling or renting a boat, in order to visit the nearby isles, which are famous for their beauty. Besides, joining the local ship for a cruise around the monasteries of Athos, will be a memorable experience- suggested as a ''must'' by all tourist guides of the area and not only. Moreover, bars and restaurants of any kind are along the beach. As for shopping, there are two large supermakets nearby with everything needed. Besides, you can do shopping at one of the various markets at a 5-minute-distance by car. There are also many bars and restaurants in Ormos, with fresh fish as well as all kinds of traditional greek dishes, but if you like, fish can be bought and prepared at home. In the village, Agios Nikolaos, a five-minute-drive, there is the Health Centre, in case of emergency. Both lodgings have recently been renovated with all comforts and facilities .They are both recommended for sophisticated travellers, who know what they are searching for.
