This beautiful, fully equipped luxurious family villa is located on a green hillside near Kalamitsi village, overlooking the west coast of Lefkada and the deep blue of the Ionian Sea. This elegant two storey house with garden, shared pool which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, is perfectly suited for families or groups of friends. There is also a second kitchen downstairs, next to the barbeque for more convinience and independence. Set in magnificent natural surroundings, the residence promises relaxation as is surrounded by pine trees and has majestic sea views. Great location, very close to Kalamitsi village and Kathisma beach, and also to the beautiful Agios Nikitas village where you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and grocery stores.
