By entering the house, you ll find yourself within a spacious & bright living & dining area. The living area consists of 2 couches, (which can transform each into beds, in order to accommodate 4 extra guests in total), a fireplace and a dining area, AC also available in this area. The balcony doors open up into a wide veranda with extra dining space & undisturbed sea views to Lagonisi bay & Attika riviera. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven etc) and has as well direct access to garden & balcony The 2 bedrooms are situated on the back of the house, featuring one double bed (1st bedroom) & 2 single beds (2nd bedroom) . Both bedrooms have AC units and are situated next to the main bathroom (with shower). There is space of adding an extra mattress in the 2nd bedroom, if needed . Dedicated office is within the 2nd bedroom The house is surrounded by lush garden, offering plenty of space to park, to play in safety & privacy, to relax under the shade of trees. A car is considered essential: Even though beaches & shops are close by, a car is needed as the house is located on a hill

The house is located close to Lagonisi town, one of the best places of Attica Riviera. It is close to beaches, supermarkets, local shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants along the coast. The town of Lagonisi belongs to the Athens coastline in proximity to beautiful beaches, restaurants, an open air cinema and everything you might need during your holidays. Lagonisi is approximately - 20' drive from the airport - 40' from Athens downtown - 30' from the Temple of Poseidon in Sounion. Other nearby areas of interest: - Vouliagmeni - Natural thermal lake (13km) An upmarket, vibrant town full of cafes and restaurants. However, it is as well a great place for outdoor sports- hiking, cycling , rock climbing, swimming, beach volley , sailing, diving etc The town's most appealing feature may well be its Thermal Spa Lake - Glyfada (19km) A popular town for all kinds of shopping and leisure with a wide choice of trendy cafes, restaurants, bars & clubs - Athens downtown (32km) - Poseidon Temple in Sounio (32km) The 2nd most important ancient temple in Attika, after Acropolis.
