Platia Peramata is one of Crete's most well known, remote beaches and our home, Cside Villa, lies in the heart of this beach. Both to the East, as well as to the West of this area, our visitors will find even more, remote and tranquil beaches of incredible beauty. It's an endless trip of exploration and discovery. Our home is built in two levels and can sleep up to 7 people. Here's a brief description of its spaces: At the ground floor there is > the living room with two large sofas and an armchair, a coffee table, 55' Smart TV with enhanced web-conference features, an A/C unit > the kitchen with everything you need for your small or large meals equipped with oven, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender/mixer, plenty of pots / pans /platters, Serving utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, large dinning table for +6 people, extra large fridge-freezer (520lt) to store big quantities of food and supplies > a bedroom with a twin bed, a bunk bed for two guests and a closet > the house's bathroom with shower, toilet, spacious sink, the washing machine. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. > The master bedroom with a queen bed, a closet, a crib for our baby guests, an A/C unit > a second bedroom with a queen bed, two night tables, a closet, aTV and an A/C unit.

Platia Peramata is a small village located 69km south of Heraklion, 7km east of Kali Limenes and 7km west of Lendas. The disctance from the International Airport is 1hr 12min, just like Heraklion town centre. The settlement is located at the exit of a small low valley crossing the wild Asterousia Mountains, which starts from the village Antiskari and ends in settlement. The fertile valley is used for growing early vegetables in greenhouses such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc., since the temperature here is always high. In the area, there are several adjacent bays, where beautiful and tranquil beaches are formed. On these beaches you will mostly see locals. In front of the small settlement, there is the small beach of Platia Peramata with fine pebbles, which is mainly used for tying the boats of the residents. The beach is not very well organized, but there are a few tavernas, rooms and a DIVING SCHOOL. Moreover, along the beach there are several tamarisk trees, which are usually used for camping. There is another pebbly beach on the east side of the settlement, East Platia Peramata, not prefered by swimmers. A bit further on to the East there is the beach Psili Ammos (1.3km) which is well organised for swimmers, to include easy access for people with mobility needs.
