Seafront Villas I Exclusive members of Holiways Villas. It is a newly built complex of two luxurious & autonomous villas set within a small walking distance of the Sea! Dreamy and elegant, two brand new villas with high standards above the crystal waters of the Cretan Sea with a small walking distance to the Sea of Kalamaki. Airy and comfortable, Villa Solis & Luna will convert your holidays into a truly heavenly accommodation on the popular island of Crete. The villas stand out for their amazing position and modern design. A little paradise- ideal for a family vacation as well as romantic getaways. Villa Solis is located on the upper level of the complex divided into 3 floors & consists of 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms & Seaview. Villa Luna is located on the ground level of the complex & consists of 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In the gym area, there is also a sofa bed for 2 extra people. Villa Luna has partly Seaview! Kindly please note that both villas have access by stairs. ***Heated pool policy The pools can be heated free of charge for October, and April till 15 May, at about 27°C depending on weather conditions. From the 16th of May till the end of September, there is an extra cost per day. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) 2/3-day cleaning service The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2 euros per night/villa from April to October and 0.50 euros per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

Kalamaki is located 5.5km west of Chania town. The seaside Kalamaki has a big variety of different kinds of facilities such as tavernas, cafes, mini-markets, pharmacy & souvenir shops. Local restaurants have delicious Cretan food & other international dishes. Just within 100m away from Seafront Villas, you can walk to the sea while only 450m away there is a well-organized beach of Kalamaki with shallow waters, sunbeds, umbrellas and suitable especially for small children. Due to its location, the villas are ideal for car-free vacation, as, within a small walking distance, all the facilities can be found as well as a bus stop towards Chania Town or other suburban areas of Chania like Agia Marina, Platanias which are also famous for a big variety of fine restaurants, cafes, and bars. Also if you choose not to rent a car you can easily reach the most famous beaches like Balos, Elafonissi, and Falassarna by bus that is passing by close to the villas. Just 5.5 km away you will find Chania Town with the picturesque Old Venetian Port, the Lighthouse & the narrow streets of the Old Town which are worth a visit at any time during the day and night.
