It is located in the village of Kato Assos and is very close to the beach (250 m, 3' on foot), while you can enjoy walking right next to the sea all year long and reap the benefits of swimming and sunny days during summertime. Our accommodation is nestled away from touristy areas, offering you the perfect setting for rest, relaxation, and total peace of mind. Surrounded by calm and nature, it’s ideal for those who truly want to disconnect. Yet, if you’re in the mood for something more vibrant, the lively seaside town of Vrahati is just a 3-minute drive away, with its beach bars, tavernas, and summer buzz. The city of Corinth is also easily accessible, only 9 km from the property. Enjoy the best of both worlds: tranquility at home, and fun just around the corner. The whole building consists of three independent apartments. It is not rent the entire villa but all apartments individually. The two bedroom apartment is a SEMI-BASEMENT but luminous space and there is a staircase with six steps down from the ground leading to its entrance. The three bedroom apartment is the upper one and ideal for families and large groups of guests. The guests of the three apartments of the property commonly share Garden, the pool and the bikes.

The neighborhood is really calm, family and children friendly. There is free parking offsite on the streets around the property which is public. Really close to the property you can find not only two different types of beaches but also the harbor of Assos and sports premises (football, basketball, volleyball and tennis club).
