House with a great sea view with two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, huge living room with a relaxing terrace. It's located only 15 km away from Cape Sounio, 30 km from the International Airport "El. Venizelos" and 45 km from Athens.

There are organized beaches and windsurfing club, scuba diving, tennis club! The nearest beach is Mavro Lithari, with two bars, chairs and ubrellas (free of charge) and full of music. Next beach is Naftiko Omilo (quite and nice place), Ag.Nikolaos and Alykes which are full of bars, windsurf and jet ski. You can stay there until the night drinking a cocktail under the Attica moon. Cape Sounion is 15 km away from the location, the Port of Lavrio 15 km, the Athens International Airport 30 km and Athens 45 km.
