Ideal for family or friends (can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some of the best outdoor natural surroundings the island has to offer. Ensconced within a 600m2 estate, this grande house complete with 20m2 outdoor pool (can be heated with an additional fee), two seated Spa Whirlpool, BBQ facilities (charcoal), fitness equipment (outdoor gym), outdoor playground. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 60euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed Events are not allowed. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
