Villas Loukas is the ideal location for those who don’t want to drive on vacation. This luxurious villa is just a 5-minute walk away from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Sivota. Visit to relax on the beach or go on an adventure and take a tour of ancient world heritage sights in Albania or book a private yacht for the day around Paxos and Anti Paxos. This contemporary villa is situated on the edge of Sivota village, very close to the peaceful bay of Karvouno. All floors have a balcony or access to terraces, and there is an additional living area and kitchenette on the lower floor. We recommend this villa for a couple or a family with older children, who might also enjoy the freedom of being able to wander down to the beach bar and restaurant close by. The pretty harbor of Sivota with its pretty tavernas, cafes and bars are within walking distance, as is Bella Vraka beach which has excellent water sports such as canoeing and sailing. Villa Loukas can be booked with neighboring Villa Amalia for two families or a group of friends on vacation together. They are entirely separate properties with hedges in-between for privacy.
