Stellina Group Hotels was built in place of the Tsismenakis family vineyard. Vineyards, wine, olives and olive oil were once the standing stone of our island’s economy (Crete),and is still very important, even now that tourism is the base of it.The Tsismenakis family remains active in the production of local goods. Even now, the family produces wine and olive oil which is used in the hotel group's restaurants. The foundation is personally managed by the Tsismenaki family,who have 30 years of experience in the field of tourism. With skill, experience and knowledge but also because of their personal contact and care with each of their customers, they have accomplished winning over their continued trust and preferrence, resulting in yearly repeaters.

The S.G.H. Foundation is a family business. It is composed of Hotel Stellina Village (4 stars) and Hotel Stellina Royal (5 stars). Located at Chryssi Akti, an idyllic location 2.5km from the center of Chania,100m away from the sea. Chryssi Akti is known for it's long sandy beaches, and often serves as an attraction pole for families. For years, families with young children from all over the world have loved the area due to the clean waters and beautiful landmarks. There are wonderful places for walks as well as other lovely beaches in the surrounding areas.
