Welcome to Steno Villa. A charming villa where peace, comfort, and the allure of Greek island life come together. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in total, divided across 3 separate living spaces. It’s ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together who still wish to enjoy their own private space. Layout The main house is a cozy residence suitable for four people, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and all the conveniences of home. In addition, there are two inviting studios, each suitable for two guests. These studios come with a small kitchenette and a private bathroom, making them perfect for those who value a bit more privacy. Outdoor Living Steno Villa is set amidst a lush oasis of olive trees, fruit trees, and colorful plants. Enjoy a drink or a long summer meal at the large outdoor dining table on the terrace, or completely unwind in the spacious backyard with sun loungers. The front garden offers a beautiful view and a lovely shaded spot to relax. Here, it’s all about embracing the outdoor lifestyle, sun, sea, tranquility, and the scent of Greek nature. Please note The villa is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as access is only possible via a small staircase.

We are a young Dutch family who have fallen in love with Greek culture and the island of Zakynthos. During our first trip to this beautiful island, we were touched by the tranquility, the warmth and hospitality of the people, and the pure beauty of nature, from the olive groves to the azure-blue sea. What started as a holiday soon grew into a dream: owning our own vacation home on Zakynthos. That dream came true, and now we want others to enjoy this little piece of paradise as well. Our Steno Villa has been renovated with love and care into a place where you can truly unwind. A home away from home, where simplicity, comfort, and nature come together. We’ve tried to blend the charm of the Greek island with the style and comfort we personally appreciate. For us, this villa is more than a holiday home. It’s a place filled with memories, new encounters, and moments that make life slow down for a while. Steno Villa is set in an idyllic spot in the charming seaside village of Amoudi, on the east coast of Zakynthos. Here you can enjoy peace, space, and the true essence of Greek island life, away from the crowds, yet close to everything you might need. Both the lively town of Zakynthos and the airport are just a 20-minute drive away, making our villa easily accessible. Within a 5-minute walk, you can feel the soft sand beneath your feet on a beautiful beach, where the bright blue sea invites you for a refreshing swim. Several other picturesque beaches are also nearby, each with its own unique charm and view. ​ In the village itself, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. A small supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for picking up fresh bread or a bottle of local wine. In the evening, you can unwind at one of the cozy local tavernas, where warm hospitality and authentic Greek cuisine take center stage. Amoudi has managed to preserve its traditional character: narrow streets, olive trees gently swaying in the breeze, and a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. It’s the perfect base for exploring the island, or for doing absolutely nothing at all, simply enjoying the peace, the sunshine, and the view.
