Στο γραφικό ψαροχώρι της Αλυκής βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα μας ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Συγκεκριμένα, είναι στον πρώτο όροφο κτιρίου, επί της παραλιακής οδού, και το μπαλκόνι του έχει θέα στη θάλασσα, στον κόλπο της Αλυκής, με το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Σε απόσταση με τα πόδια υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, παιδική χαρά και οι τρεις παραλίες της Αλυκής. Επίσης, διαθέτουμε χώρο στάθμευσης.
