Welcome to our cosy villa in Sifnos, a boutique house with traditional Cycladic island style. You will enjoy the whole property including the private pool* and parking.** (please read the remarks) Our villa is within a 10min walking distance to Apollonia village shops, cafes, nightlife and restaurants. Our house consists of: - A master bedroom on the top floor with a big terrace, sea view into the Aegean sea and it's own bathroom/shower. - A guest bedroom on the ground floor with pool view, two single beds (can be attached into 1 double) and it's own bathroom/shower. - A spacious living room with a sofa and an armchair that both pull down into two very comfy beds, a fireplace and a SmartTV/GoogleTV to connect and view your favorite films. - An open plan kitchen with all electrical devices to enjoy your coffee, tea, toast and breakfast, a spacious fridge, dishwasher, a standard oven and a microwave oven. If you have a pet, please let us know before hand the kind of pet, so we can quote you the extra cleaning services required. Villa Sunny offers you a private pool*, a lovely terrace with sea view, with all modern amenities and blazing fast internet with our Starlink installed internet wifi. * for the use of the pool in case you have children, you need to advise us on booking date, so we can provide you extra precautionary devices and an idemnity letter needs to be signed. ** If you have a small to medium size car, you can drive through the Katavati street and park inside the property - bigger cars and SUV's not easy to fit in the narrow Cycladic streets.

Our location is at a quiet neighborhood, but same time very close to the busy nightlife of Apollonia village center, just 750m or a 5 minute walk.
