It was completely renovated recently (May 2023-May. 2024). It was checked to withstand earthquakes up to 7.3 on the Richter scale. It is bright and comfortable. Invested in thermal insulation. Although it is in the center of the city, is completely quiet.. No neighbors. It offers peace and tranquility. Εvery equipment is brand new. Equipped with an Inventor AC for cooling and heating the rooms and an LG TV 300 satellite video and 200 audio channels. It broadcasts from 15 countries (see table). Full equipment for cooking.. The sun goes in from two double doors during the afternoon. Flowers besides you during coffee time in case you prefer to enjoy it in a 4.5 meter length and 0.7m width street balcony on the first floor. Or in a wide street balcony 6.3 meter length and 0.7m width, on the second floor, over a 15 meter wide sidewalk, while people are walking down the street looking at the shops’ windows.
