Property information

This 1BR apartment is on the 1st floor of a 1950's apartment building. It has a small strip balcony overlooking the quiet lane. The space is comprised of a living room, kitchen and dining area, and a double bedroom with large bathroom (with walk-in shower) attached. The apartment was recently renovated in late 2018 and is completed to a very high standard. Colours are in cool minimal style, with some splashes of colour. The sleek modern kitchen hosts a number of brand new appliances including oven and filter coffee machine. The living room has 2 large, comfy sofas which each folds into a single bed. There is also a large flat screen TV with terrestrial TV and BBC.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is in the dead center of Athens, a few steps from Syntagma Square, the Plaka quarter, and all the archaeological sites. Moreover there are great options for food and drink, and shopping, right at your doorstep. Possible the best area to be located in terms of accessibility and local flavour.
