A 2 storey stone-built, traditional mansion of 140sm, fully renovated, in the village of Lagadia .
The Mansion features 2 big bedrooms, spacious common spaces inside & outside the house and can host a group of family or friends up to 7 persons.
The Mansion was the residence of Ioannis Iliopoulos who used to be the doctor of the village. It used to be a typical wealthy Arcadian mansion of the 1860’s and it sets itself as an example of the local architecture.
On the ground floor, there is a big living & dining area , with a fireplace & an impressive "messantra" . The kitchen next door, is fully equipped with all necessary amenities .
Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor where the 2 bedrooms &1 bathroom are situated.
The spacious bright bedroom leads to a small balcony overlooking the village and the valley. The room by itself is very spacious, featuring a matrimonial bed of cast steel (μαντεμενιο κρεβατι), a sitting area which can be transformed into a double bed, an office desk and extra seating space with armchairs .
The second bedroom has 2 big single steel beds which can stay single or easily joined together as they have wheels. There is a small couch which could accomodate a young child (up to 8 years old)
The adjacent bathroom serves guests for both bedrooms and features a shower
There is a front garden with lush shadow of mulberry tree and a back garden overlooking the valley

Lagkadia in Arcadia region is a stone village declared a traditional settlement. It is located approximately in the center of Peloponnese, almost in the middle of the beautiful road connecting Tripoli town with ancient Olympia, serving as a great base for exploring the area. The Village is amphitheatrically built at an altitude of 965 m on a steep wooded slope of Mainalon mountain.
The village is also known for its renowned stone craftsmen, who have created many of the stone masterpieces in Peloponnese. The village itself is a stone jewel with its impressive well-preserved buildings and cobblestone streets.
The village has also a remarkable tourism infrastructure and shops where you can buy textiles, local pasta, sweets, and handcrafted products.
