Guests are invited to stay on the entire first floor of the villa, which is accessible by a separate entrance. There are 4 bedrooms, each with double beds, and 2 bathrooms on approx. 150 square meters, followed by an open, spacious kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a beautiful garden. We provide two hotel safes in the major bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including: a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Although breakfast is not provided, you are welcome to enjoy coffee and tea from the kitchen throughout your stay. The living room has two single sofas and a TV. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. A baby cot and two extra beds are available, if needed. We invite you to relax in our beautiful large garden and swimming pool complete with sun loungers and seating. There is also an outdoor bathroom (toilet, shower) and a children's playground. In the pergola you will find a sitting area, dining tables, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and wood stove. There is also a villa side bar and whirlpool located in a separate room. Enjoy! One sack of charcoal and wood is provided per booking. The stereo systems can be used inside the pergola and the whirlpool bar. Prior to your arrival, the apartment will be cleaned and ready for your stay. The final cleaning is included in the price. For stays longer than one week, we offer the option for you to do a thorough cleaning of the apartment (to be paid extra locally). The bed linen and the towels are allocated for a week-long stay. The beaches at the sea are accessible by foot via a rural road in about 10 minutes, in addition to natural beaches there are also beaches with sun loungers and restaurants. The bus stop on the main road can be reached in about 10 minutes. The telephone number for the taxi service is available in the guest folder. However, you are more flexible with a rental car.
