The house is part of an apartment complex and is comfortably located at the backyard, a bit further away from the street. It has a total of three floors and is accessible via two entrances. On the top floor are our three bedrooms: The Blue Room, The Golden Room and The Classic One. Each room has access to a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, two sinks and a bathtub. We added a small computer workplace with monitor and docking station with USB-C connector for a laptop. WiFi is provided through a 100 MBit/s fibre optic uplink. The kitchen and the living room are located in the middle part of the house. Together they form a large lounge and dining area. Here you can cook and eat together. There is also access to the balkonies and a tiny guest toilet. A flat screen TV with satellite and antenna connections is around. The smart TV may also be coupled to mobile devices. One of the sofas may be used as a sleeping place. A second small kitchen is available on the ground floor. From there you can access the small garden in the backyard with a barbecue. In summertime the lower floor is naturally cool, a good place to sleep using the large sofas, which may be divided into two single beds if needed. A second bathroom with shower is available. A washing machine is provided for your comfort. The house is equipped with a total of 4 air conditioners, sufficient to keep a comfortable temperature even during the midsummer. In wintertime the house is heated by a central heating. Additionally, we offer an indoor energy fireplace which also may function as a heating source.

The Golden Guest House is located in a suburb of Thessaloniki, in the small town of Perea. The House is located up on the hill, in a calm & peacefull neighborhood. There is a playground, soccer and basketball field just 2 minutes away. If you walk 10 minutes down the hill you will find many nice restaurants, cafes & bars which are located just next to the beach! There are shops and supermarkets, a bowling/billard center, some sport studios and everything else you need. If you drive 20-25 minutes by car you will be in the heart of Thessaloniki. There are also buses going every 10 minutes (by bus it takes approximately 45'). On half of the way there is the Mediterranean Cosmos, a big shopping center where you can also go to the cinema (movies in Greece are played in English with Greek subtitles). If you also like the nature, you may visit Potamos (a beach near Epanomi) with a great view on Mt Olympus on the other side, a shipwreck to discover and endless sand next to a biotope. You can also go for nice walks up on the little mountain area of Thessaloniki, the Chortiatis. If you have more time, you can also visit the Mt Olympus (1,5-2 hours by car). In the southeast of Thessaloniki you can visit the nice beaches and little villages of the Chalkidiki peninsulas Kassandra and Sithonia (1-1,5 hours by car).
