A wonderful combination of a comfortable, bright and spacious waterfront house, which has a large terrace and a garden with stunning sea-view. It is conveniently located very close to the beach and every amenity.

Sunrise Villa includes two spacious independent bedrooms on the first and the second floor with bathrooms respectively. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, oven, fridge and all the essential kitchen equipment . There is spacious living room with a dining table able to sit more than 10 people.
The most significant advantage of the house is its location as it has a breathtaking view. It combines an extraordinary landscape with an unlimited sea view. You will have the opportunity to admire the beautiful sunset above the aegean sea.
