Welcome to your home from home on Leros! The villas are in Krithoni, Agia Marina, Leros's green heart, close to the Krithoni beach, hidden in between the oak trees in Krithoni. We use green solar energy and have taken measures to reduce our carbon footprint. The villas are close to all the amenities in Agia Marina and Alinda. Agia Marina is accessible by footpath from the back of the property in 5 minute's walking distance. The closest beach is Krithoni Beach in 5 minute's walking distance. Breakfast is available at Stis Annas Taberna on Krithoni beach, guests who have chosen to have this included in their reservation, or who want to include this in their booking, will enjoy their breakfast on the beach from 09:00 till 12:30 midday and can have a swim before and after! Breakfast is available from 15th June till 15th September. Each villa's private swimming pool with a view is open from 1st June till the end of September, however, if weather permits pools can be used before and after depending on weather conditions, the extended periord is from 1st May till 30th November. Our commitment to sustainable tourism is supported by our use of solar power to help supply electricity to our villas, collection of rain water to water our gardens and the opportunity for our guests to help the environment by using the recycling containers.
We love Leros and hope that you do too! If there is anything we can help you with, please do ask us! We can arrange your car, scooter, or bike hire, tables at restaurants, including Mylos, which is just 5 minutes walk away along the footpath leading from behind the property to Agia Marina, many other attractions and activities like diving can also be arranged by us! The villas are cared by staff that will be contactable for any assistance required for the villas and help for your stay on Leros. We hope you enjoy your stay in your home from home on Leros!
If you want to venture out from our villas and their private swimming pools with sun terraces and BBQ facilities, Krithoni is close to both Agia Marina and Alinda, both of which have a cash machine, bars, restaurants and shops. Krithoni itself has a bakery and pastry store at the end of the lane on which the villas are situated. There is a beautiful beach in Krithoni with a taberna called Stis Annas that serves hot and cold food for vegetarian, pescaterian and vegan diets. The taberna also has a number of free sunbeds on the beach under the tamarix trees. Krithoni is a quiet and tranquil spot on the island in between two towns that provide everything that you'll need for your stay.

Boasting pool with a views of sea, The Velanidies - Οι Βελανιδιές are a recently built villas situated in Krithoni, Agia Marina, 200 metres from Krithoni beach and 1.3 km from Leros Alinda Beach. This villa features free private parking, free shuttle service to and from the airport on Leros and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the sea, mountains and garden.

The villa complex will provide guests with air-conditioned units with a desk, a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every unit is equipped with a kettle, while certain rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. At the villa complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels.
