Our accommodation has a special design and architecture that harmonizes with the natural environment that has remained unchanged over time, and with absolute respect for the ecosystem and the history of our place. Our goal is to offer our visitors unique and unforgettable experiences. The cozy. of the accommodation and the bounty of nature that surrounds it will fully justify the expectations of our guests. Each apartment has a different layout and decoration, but the same unique and amazing view of Lake Vegoritida. and Mount Voras (Kaimaktsalan), which our guest can enjoy, literally from his bed. The history of our accommodation begins in 1922 when our grandfather, coming from Bursa, Asia Minor, chose this particular place for its amazing view of the lake in front and the mountain, even though it was far from the village, to build his house in 1928. which stands to this day next to the mansion. Later we decided to share this wonderful goddess by building the "Vegoritida" Villa.
In addition to the advantage of the quiet neighborhood of our accommodation. what is really liked and popular by our visitors is the Folklore Museum of the village where the faces, origin, life and occupations of the refugee residents are presented. The miraculous chapel of "Agioi Theodoros" with the Holy Rock is a pole of attraction for hundreds of visitors. The patron saint of the village is Saint Theodoros of Tiron, who came from Amasia in Cappadocia. We honor him every year on the Saturday of the first week of Lent, in commemoration of the miracle of the collyves, by organizing the festival of the same name, which is surrounded by music and dance events of the Cultural Educational Association of Asia Minor of Peria, offering free to visitors excellent-tasting chickpeas as the women know how to cook them of the village. The chickpeas are accompanied by handmade pies, pickles, wine and tsipouro. During the first fortnight of July, Cultural Events are organized on the shores of Lake Vegoritida.
