My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. Perfectly suited for families and groups seeking both intimacy and ample space, Vellis Residence comprises two separate buildings, each boasting identical layouts and complete amenities. With a total of 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and expansive living areas spread across 620 square meters and 2 levels in each building, the villa comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests in beds, ensuring ample room for everyone to unwind and relax. Along with its idyllic setting and abundance of indoor and outdoor space, the villa offers the ideal setting for creating cherished memories with your loved ones amidst the beauty of Crete's coastal paradise. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 2 euros per night from April to October and 0.5 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in. **One of the pools (the pool 2, a 43 sq.m pool with a child pool and a hydro-massage section), can be heated upon request for an additional daily charge.
