The villa is surrounded by olive trees, wild herbs and silence, with no direct neighbors. As your host, I’m happy to discreetly assist and often cook traditional Cretan meals with joy, sharing the spirit of local hospitality. You may hear only the sounds of nature—birds, cicadas, and the gentle rustle of olive trees. It’s perfect for reconnecting with yourself, your loved ones, and the authentic rhythm of Crete.
The most important thing is to have a proper hospitality, which means that the place is very clean and well-kept, that there are flowers and fragrances in the garden, that there is comfort for the guests so that they can rest and enjoy their moments of relaxation, and to have a friendly relationship and communication.
We like to offer our guests our historical knowledge about each place, to inform them about transportation, the places that are worth visiting without necessarily being the tourist places, but also to do activities together such as walking, guided tours of historical places , to immerse them in the local and authentic Cretan gastronomy and diet, and in general to have the opportunity to get to know the culture of the Cretan people.
It is very important for us to do holistic waste management on our site, and we encourage guests to recycle their waste into compost, glass recycling, paper recycling and plastic, aluminum, plastic lids for disables, etc.

Maleme has a long history and played an important role during the German invasion. This resistance was so brave and great, that it was called the Battle of Crete, and as a memory of these events, there is the German cemetery on a hill of Maleme with a wonderful view, land granted by the Greek state and maintained by the relatives of the dead soldiers .
