The modern residence of 185 m2 is nicely located in a beautiful hill with unlimited view and as a part of a 5,000 m2 property , it lies between olive and pine trees. Its distance from the most virgin and white sand beach, one of the most wonderful beaches of Chalkidiki , is just 250 m away (3 min on foot ) . From this exquisite place the visitor can have a view of the long distance shoreline and enjoy breathtaking sunsets away from any noise . Amazing 360°view of the sea and the mountain is offered. Each bedroom is equipped with a conditioning and window screens to every French door and window . What is more , there is a balcony in each bedroom . A solar boiler provides the residence with hot water 24 hours a day . Wi-Fi is also available inside as well out of the house. Outdoors there is dining area , a lounging area and a BBQ . There is free space for parking of large capacity as well as a sheltered parking . The whole property is fenced and there is a remote control gate . In general , this is a fully equipped house featuring everything needed for carefree and safe holidays.

Nearby there are free beaches as well as organized ones and beach bars . What is more there will be permanently in the beach a free private umbrella , sunbeds and beach chairs provided to our guests during their stay. The possibility of doing sports activities such as tennis ( 15 Euro charge ) and water sports or games is offered in a short distance. Within a few minutes with the car , in the village Possidi there are lots of restaurants , bars, coffeebars and markets. The amazing beach of Akrotiri with the endless shore and the lighthouse of Kassandra , is at 3 minutes distance with the car. You can also visit nearby traditional villages such as Athitos or cosmopolitan areas such as Sani and certainly several scenic beaches scattered around in the peninsula of Kassandra.
