Until 2014 I was in a family business that owned and run a hotel. This is why I chose to treat my house as a small luxury hotel. My passion, always, was the interior decoration and this reflects in this house. Now that my two daughters are grown up I love traveling all around the world, staying in nice and cute places from which I try to copy fancy ideas and offer them to my clients!

This is a house that I love because i spent here all my summer vacations as a child first, an adolescent and then a mother. It was built in 1967 but throughly renovated in 2006 when it became our permanent residence. The most important about this house is that anyone would love it!! You can relax in its peaceful beauty and let yourself be spoiled by its luxury and taste.On the ground floor there are a fully equipped,country style, kitchen with a glass door leading to the cozy back yard, a stylish W.C, the laundry room and an auxiliary room with its own bathroom for live in staff. The spacious sitting room,with its exceptional furniture and decoration,and a purple,truly romantic dining room are also on this level, both overlooking from their wide windows the beautiful garden and the crystal clear swimming pool. Big glass doors lead to a lovely,Spanish style, covered patio and the sun terrace next to the pool, where you can relax on the sun beds.The upper floor is fully air conditioned and has 4 bedrooms. Two of them with their own,en suite, bathroom while the other two share the third bathroom of this level. Finally, on this level there is a spacious multi use room and an office

There are two sandy beaches within walking distance from the house. Just 3 km away is the port of Rafina which connects the mainland with many of the Cyclades islands such as Andros, Mykonos, Santorini and many others, daily. Someone could spend a day exploring the nearby area, visiting the Archeological site of Marathon with its museum and the Tumulus known from the battle between the Greeks and the Persians, also the lake of Marathon and the protected by Natura park of Shinias with its beautiful beach, loved by the wind surfers. Also, the Attica Zoo and McArthur Glen shopping mall are in Sparta, 10 from the house. The center of Athens is less than an hour ride and there is a bus service from Rafina every half an hour. Our neighborhood is connected with the nearby Mati but also with Rafina and Nea Makri with a bus that passes from the house every approximately 30 minutes. However, having a car is recommended since the closest super markets and restaurants are in Rafina 3km from the house
