Fully recently renovated 400 sqm house with an amazing sea view of more than 200 degrees, on a private land of 8 000 sqm, in between typical villages of Perdika and Sfendouri, close to main beaches of Aegina island (but car mandatory). Complete peace and privacy. Great pool area cleaned by professional, perfect house cleaning and beds ready for your arrival, Satellite French TV plus video projector in second saloon area. Kitchen fully equipped with extra big freezer and wine fridge. 5 queen sizes bed in separate rooms and a dedicated kids room of 5 beds, 4 bathrooms,… Towels for bath/pool included as well as snorkeling and exterior play games equipment, Table Tennis, Petanque, Balancoire for kids, Yoga area under Olive trees,…
